Porto Infreschi
At the coast of Marina di Camerota lies the nature port “Porto Infreschi”. A boat trip or a migration there one should not miss. Boat trips along the coast inclusives the visits of the grottos and a bath break. Prices: € 10.00 per person, reduction for children.

- by car over the highway A3 Napoli-Salerno, Pompeji (exit Pompeji), Ercolanum (exit Ercolano)
- by rail also comfortably attainable, railway station Pompeji


Paestum
Once to sink into the world of the ancient Greeks, admire the best received Greek temple, the Amphitheater, the streets etc..

- by train you reach Paestum, railway station Paestum, then approx. 15 minutes on foot.


Vesuv

Spirit village San Severino
The medieval castle San Severino di Centola lies over the river Mingardo in the southern part of the Cilento.San Severino, Centola.


Monastery S. Lorenzo
In Padula stands Certosa di San Lorenzo, in 14. Century created, the most important architectural monument of the Vallo di Diano. The monastery, mainly in the baroque style, after renovation work of many years shines again in its old beauty and elegance, which does not remind so at all, of a monastery, but rather to the residence of a noble one.

You can reach Padula and the monastery Certosa by car over the highway "A3 Salerno Reggio Calabria", from the north coming exit Petina, coming from the south exit Polla. We recommend to you to connect this trip with the inspection of the "grotte of Pertosa".


Grotta di Pertosa

You can reach “Le grotte di Angelo” by car over the highway "A3 Salerno Reggio Calabria", if you come from the north, take the exit Petina, if you come from the south, take the exit Polla. Then you follow the signs "grotte dell ' Angelo" Pertosa. 


Velia
540 before Chr. Velia was created by the Focaeern, which fled before the Persern. The philosopher school was particularly famous. Brutus possessed even a mansion in Velia and also Cicero has lived for a while there. Today still the Agropoli is well received, from the port is still some walls and the Roman and Greek baths are well evident.

You reach Velia by car over the SS 118. On the main street of Ascea (via Porta rosa) direction Casal Velino lies on the left side the excavation site (entry directly behind the Pizzeria "Porta rosa").


Lamparata - nocturnal fishing
In some holidays places (e.g. Pisciotta, Marina di Camerota) the  nocturnal fishing "Lamparata" is offered (from May to Octobers once in the week). Prices: from € 25.00 per Person.

Pompeji & Ercolanum
The excavation place of Pompeji is very large, one should decide only for one of the two, or visit both in each case on two different days. As guidance a Audiogiude (headphone) is available. Available at the entrance. 


Pertosa & Certosa
It is advisable to fold up the inspection of the grottos of Pertosa with the Kartause of S. Lorenzo.


Velia & Pioppi
Also the inspection of Velia can be folded up very well with the attendance of the sea museum, because Pioppi lies only few kilometers north of Ascea.
